The Learning Institute registered as a SSETA and EAAB accredited training provider in March 2009. This was done with the aim to offer the Real Estate NQF 4 and NQF 5 qualifications to all agencies and agents.

The company was first established in October 2005 as an in house training facility for the Sotheby's International Realty brand. We changed the focus of our business when Government regulated the property industry in 2008.

The mandatory requirements for training and education was published in the Government Gazette on the 4 June 2008 which then came into effect on the 15 July 2008. A copy of the R.633 Estate Agency Affairs Act (112/1976) is available from our offices or on our website.

We have successfully supported over 700 Principals and Agents in the completion of their RPL (Recognition of Prior Learning) Portfolio of evidence (PoE). Our trainers are subject specialists with hands-on Real Estate experience.

Clients are provided with clear directive and a resource guide so that they can complete their assignments with peace of mind. Over the last two years, we have continually refined our course material to offer the best possible pricing without compromising on the quality of our training.

We provide support throughout the learning process.In addition - assignments can be completed in english and Afrikaans.
